recipe that we will be using more! We often have shrimp in our freezer (we get it from family in Louisiana), so it is nice to find new ways to prepare it. Especially ways that are quick and delicious! We were supposed to let this chill in the fridge for a couple of hours, but we were hungry and it smelled so good that we just ate it warm...which was great. We'll just have the leftovers cold and get to decide which way is better.
This recipe was also great, because it was a good way to get some carbs and proteins before my run. I'm up to 4.5 miles and feeling great. My goal for our next 5k is to break 30 minutes and would love to be closer to a 9 minute per mile pace for a 27 minute time.
