This
recipe has been one of my favorites! I cook fish quite often, but always end up preparing it the same way. It was nice to learn a new way to prepare it that is still simple and delicious. It had very sweet taste with a hint of spiciness. Next time I make it, I think I'll add a little cayenne pepper to give it a little more kick. We served it with some of last night's leftover fruit salad. They went together perfectly.
