This was the first
recipe that Carmen and I didn't really care for. It wasn't bad (we ate it all), but if we go through this series of recipes again, we would replace this one with something else, especially considering that salmon can be a little pricey. It was easy enough to prepare, but it just didn't have a flavor that we liked. We served it with some pinto beans we had leftover from another recipe and a salad with olives and mozzarella cheese.
